I know it was known Sy, I'm just saying that there are now confirmed to be out. If you do recall, the ult PAs were supposed to come out and we were like 'YAY!'. Then they didn't. So, I'm just saying that they are out and happy grinding (and happy killing the seed).

Personally, I wouldn't call it confirmation until you can walk into the store and see them in stock yourself.

With +2 luck the "No chance of failure" is at A+7 grinder for 9* weapons. Thats a long haul there ><. I was experimenting and found that this was the number.

I ground a few things to +1 with a few A grinders. No failures yet but none of them were guaranteed grinds either. I don't know if I can afford to try higher grinds.. >.>;

ive had pretty decent luck thus far grinding the first 3 times. my stategy was use A+1 for the first A+2 for the second and A+3 for the third and about 95% of the 9* weapons didnt break....now after that it seems the only luck i had to get them to lvl 4 was to use an A+9 grinder. that was all done with my newman female who has 1* luck

1 howrod- and couldnt find anyone who had them in there shops on ps2
1 cugo mamba- again no one had any in shop
1 buccaneer-22% fire irc
1 double saber 34% dark...that one sucked
1 shigga bines-going from 1->2 gay
1 8* claw
1 thunder cannon
1 python
1 set of 9* twin daggers..gonna miss those
thats all that i can remember atm

Remeber, A ranks cost a lot so make lots of grinders and use good ones after the weapon is +2

I've never successfully grinded anything past 4. Even my B wands tend to want to say, 4 is my limit. With As, I'll probably stick to 1 for a while. If there's one thing I can't count on, in this game, is luck.

Well, I had to replace almost my entire weapon pallet... but I've got everything up to +3 or higher now, and I was able to grind some other stuff on the side to sell in my shop.

And while we're at it, why do so many people think multiple things are going to get removed?
