I may be as near to it as FKL's got. I've spent enough time working as a Civil Draftsman to take the Engineer-In-Training exam. The trouble is, I don't think I spent enough time drafting directly under an engineer. Ah well. Shucks to that.

But if you want to know how water, storm drain and sanitary sewer pipes interact with eachother, and how grading is designed for parking lots, I can explain that well enough. I also have an intimate knowledge of Home Depot's standards for their sites, and why there will never be a Home Depot in the city of Huntington Beach.

And when he's done explaining it, my two years of summer street/water department employment can then form and build the catchbasin, curbs, lot, whatever. Meira is bound to be a better civil engineer than Ken Newman, the current overlord engineer of my city. Complete asshole.
