I suspect they neutered the net cafe prizes by simply doing away with them, making the Real Hand gear JP ONRY.

Here it says its a "NetCafe" exclusive Prize. Only if someone knew what that was..

^Thats the info for the JPN firebreak.

They had a sponsorship deal with select net cafes. If you logged in from one of them, you could get those prizes.

I had the real hand gun in offline story mode and that has nothing to do with Net Cafe so the likely hood is we will get them somehow at some point.

we really should have gotten all the kubara C ranks way back when we were all lowbies. that's teh only real problem i've had with saga's drop approach. by the time we get this stuff all of us willb e maxed out. of course i'm not talking about the higher rank kubara weapons.
