PSU-PC: Built a new machine, and PSU won't boot.

Alright so I built a new PC, installed PSU, and when I click on network mode nothing pops up. No gameguard or anything. The menu just vanishes. No ports are being blocked and my anti-virus isn't affecting it. Anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind, just had to install their directx from the game disc even though I already had it.
