The only ice desert in game is the ice SEED infestation version of the kugu desert. You go there in ch 11 of offline story mode and then in that infamous offline mission (thus is why we aren't getting that online). The one lobby isn't a desert. It's in the northern continent which is a polar region of some sort. Probably better called a tundra or something.
