question on luck/synth

Had a question i was looking for an answer too, I know that luck effect the success of synth'in items but what im wondering is does the luck effect the item @ start or synth or when you take the item out?

for example
today 0 luck i start an 8star the item its finished tomarrow @ 330am after luck change when i have 2* luck.

Luck/photon fortune doesn't affect your synth rates. It's your PM's production lev that matters. The same with synth trend, it doesn't matter.
