Goggles are added to the player's inventory automatically, I believe.

No but you can get them from the FireBreak briefing on Clyes City 5th Floor or from doing EPII Story Mission 1

You don't need anything to participate in Firebreak other than an account and one of the versions listed. Goggles like people said are needed as well and you can get them in the tutorial mission of OP: Firebreak on G. Colony HQ F5, or, you could do the first online story mission (EP2: Chapter1: the mask). The other part of the equipment you need, the photon eraser, is issued automaticaly every time you start a Firebreak mission and it's taken back once you complete it. That's about all you need to know.
