Have to be the worst genre of movie ever. They're so corny.
They're only bested by those Summer Blockbuster Akshun flicks where the action scenes are all shaky cam and you have no idea what is going on but you know some guy just got his head blown off by a shotgun and/or sliced off by a sword and one of the main characters says some sort of lame 1-liner like..."Got a headache? LET ME FIX THAT FOR YOU!"

Damn, I wish Arnold still made movies.

Not Tom Arnold btw, he's in a whole lot of movies, like it or not! (mostly always not)

Good movie though, I think it TRANSCENDS genres.

If you're referring to Danny, then I'm not exactly sure. IMDB says so, but the movie certainly doesn't feel like your usual RomCom film.

Shaun of the Dead is more zombies than romantic comedy. The romantic part is taken with a sort of British casual "eh".
