i need my sig to shrink does anyone know how? its above the limit (35k)

Get IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/) and experiment with various jpg quality levels (80%, 60% etc)

The maximum height limit is 180 pixels high so in addition to the file size being reduced, the height would need to be reduced as well. I reworked it a little and maybe this would work for you.
