PA Fragments?how do i get em?

how can i get my hands on some of these and what might they be used for? nice little item that may be worth collecting if it disappears?

You get them by getting an S rank grade on an S rank or S2 rank mission. S ranks missions give 1 PA Frag, S2 missions give 2. They are used to trade for the Ultimate PAs.

And they won't be going away.

Nope, the don't disappear. But you can trade them in for Ultimate PAs. To get them, you need to complete S or S2 mission and you will get 1 or 2 of them respectively. Start collecting now because Ultimate PAs are very useful.

S rank an S2 mission - 2 frags

S rank an A Rank story mission - 10 frags (first time only)

Complete every firebreak mission then report to bruce on the Colony 5th floor - 1 3 or 10 frags, repeatable
