Firebreak Question

Now, I'm sure I could find this answer but humor me.

Do you have to complete a Firebreak mission AND see the resulting lobby for the points to be added to the total or can you abandon the mission at the "Results" screen?

I'm sure Neudaiz wouldn't be where it is now if the first option was correct but can anyone give me a definitive answer?

abandon at results screen is a-ok

You can abandon right when it says "Trial Clear." That's what I do. I don't care what it says afterwards. I just head
straight to abort mission. This is how you can speed farm on Neudais all day http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif.

On the plus side, if you don't have your laser equipped then it wont go away anyways if you abort fast before seeing the
"Laser removed" text.
