...if I wanted to use my in-game mission chars, like laia, instead of finding a bunch of people to do it. Will I get the same amount of credit per buff as I would a real person? Just curious...

Yes. But keep in mind you can only have 2 NPCs max. Getting real people is the way to go.

Go to a highly populated area where people go to play missions, IE: Train Rescue or Seabed on Uni 1 durring the weekend.....

Then make your Party with your 2 NPC's and in the title of the Party (the part they see before they decide to join) put BUFF PARTY!!! IE: I got all my buffs to lvl 21 that way...half of it spent with only my NPC's but heck, the other half went faster when people joined....obviously. Also I spent a lot of time buffing while watching TV (on another TV http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif )
