AFK bullet leveling seems sexy...will someone tell me specifically how to do it?

Step 1: Grind a Yohmei gun to max
Step 2: Obtain a auto-fire control
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Yay! Lv30 bullets!

Yeah, grab a turbo controller and follow that guide. Easy peasy.

gotta find a mob that heals , & find the same one that will lock intself into place if you move into a certain spot, then tape your button down with auto fire ...........

You can also do Mad Beasts S2. There are a ton of safe spots, and enemies have massive amounts of hp so you can aim, let your automatic controller do it's thing while watching a movie or something and return back to the game for a brief period when you advance to the next room. This way you can hunt rarez in the process.

Find a leader Go Vahra, get yourself into a spot where he can't hit you, tape down a button on a turbo controller, and go watch some TV marathon as you keep shooting a monster that will keep healing itself. Level 30 Bullets get.
