Not for me, it's just the way my hand rests on the mouse puts that finger right there. I roll it with my ring finger sometimes too. 18 years of gaming has given me good finger dexterity. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I can mouse with either hand too, but I can only game left handed, I need to find an ambidextrous or left handed mouse for my game rig. >_>

I click every mouse button with my pointer finger, save for the right button. I use pointer and middle for that one. @_@
