No, I'm not insane. I really want one of these and am unable to synth one myself. I've checked the player shops and no one sells the boards or the gun.
I'm not oozing with money though and I only have a few million meseta on me in total. If you can synth one and if it brings the costs down I can supply you with the materials needed to synth a successful Machineguc (but I have no clue where to find the board). I may also be able to trade one or two things for one, though it's pretty much "name your price" at this point.
