how do you utilise the pm machine upgrade devices

it doesn't show up in the menu.

is there some special condition for it to show up.

lvl 80+ PM

mine is lvl 100

1. It must be level 80
2. It must be in the same number area as you are upgrading it to - for example, you can feed a 430 PM a 432, but you cannot feed a 420 a 432 upgrade.
3. It cannot be full.

what do you mean it cannot be full??
