importing question(jp vs us)

Hey, i have an importing question. i may be buying the JP version of PSU for pc in the coming week or so, and was wondering. For those who have both the US and JP versions, are there really any difference between the two? mainly wondering about offline, if the jp version has different clothes/items/weapons then the us version? btw, is there a way for me to use my US CC and sign up for a segalink ID? or do i have to use that netcash thing? thanks for any help.

Recently, Segalink switched to Isao (the service that handled PSO since DC), and foreign credit cards are now usable. As for differences, no haxeta or retards running around. The import community is pretty strong too.
