Laser cannon bullet

Had a look at afew guides, still was'nt sure based on the info there. Bought a laser cannon for my fortegunner, was'nt sure what bullet to get. He currently has rifle with dark bullet, twin handguns with fire and shotgun with freeze. Any recommendations?

Well, if you have the PA Frags, grab Maylee Prism (Ultimate Lazer bullet).

Otherwise, it doesn't matter what element you put on it. . . It's not real good for status effects. I'd recommend Ground, Lightning, or Light.

If you are a Fortegunner, Mayalee Prism is rather useless, grenades can do the knockback well enough.

Plasma Prism is awesome, because the SE does work.

Laser is for raw damage spread over a large clustered group or lined groups. It's good for that, but since you're not going to be using it to inflict SEs the best ones are those opposite the element of the enemies you'll most often be fighting.

That said I'd probably go for ice or light. just remember to get more than one bullet for every gun type you use since your goals as a fG are damage and SE mixed with just a bit of crowd control.
