Just doing the latest story mission, what's with that enemy that I'm always hitting for 0 damage?!
I'm a level 61, and versus ANY level 20 I should be taking them down in seconds, but this guy just won't die!?

What do I do?

It's invicincible because of who it is. If you pay attention to the com calls, it's kind of easy to figure out what SEED venus really is.

Nah, not seen it yet, but i'll check it out.

looks like it, yeah. And remember, GRM are researching weapons grade SEED-virus here, not just the regular run of the mill infections, so it's likely they've doctored it into being able to inhabit Hyuga's body without killing him.

It was most likely Hyuga, being a test subject for GRMs SEED virus testing. Also, why else would he mysteriously be there, send a scary com message, and mysteriously reappear with no recolection.

Seed Venus reminds me of Magashi's first form of seed during the invasion of Neudais when Mirei and Ethan was trying to find out why Karen was taken. If that form of seed is similar, then we might know who the next boss is for AoI.

Only difference being ... SAILOR Venus is extremely, extremely deadly. Ethan did make my jaw drop when I unloaded a SUV on him and it didn't even tickle.

Olga Flow was... taller. Seriously, though, the change in old Heathcliff was more of the permanent, "the die is cast" variety, and continually furthered by Osto and company. Hyuga still seems quite capable of going about his daily life... aside from the occasional blackout.
