Question about PA's

I read somewhere that you can have a max. of 38 PA's. So now I'm a little worried because I already learned 4 different bullets for my MG.

My question: Can you "unlearn" PA's, deleting them from your PA list, to make room for new ones to learn? And if yes, how?

You can overwrite them with another PA when you've reached the limit.

But if you want to re-learn them, they will not go back to thier previous lvl/value. Gotta start all over again.
