Bear claw synth rate

yesterday I went to check the synth rate for [B] Bear Claws and it said 100%, but I just got one a few minutes ago in an A run, and I checked the synth rate again and it says 14% now. so which is it?

100% Synth Rate?
or
14% Synth Rate?

who the hell updated the bear claws, it has wrong mats too. whoeverthey are, fails at life.
