yes they are 100% on any PM, the data base is wrong, and i dunno since you didnt tell us what server your on.

The board on the 360 is selling for about 2-3 million roughly, and made is about 6 million if IIRC. It should be worth more after the event if you want to hold out for a few months possibly, although this is not certain.

The claws are 11 stars by the way...

They drop at a decent rate from Jao's, and they appear pretty often in the new map. Think of it like a mission with only Jarbas that have like 200-300% chance to drop a Halarod. It's still rare but not nearly as much as others rares will be.

On 360 somebody was selling the completed claws for 4 million the other day.

I've seen a few of the boards drop but since it has a 100% synth rate I'll give it a few days and then I'll buy the board off someone for 2 million max. I remember when the first few were found people were asking for 8-10 million for the board but a quick search shows it's now pretty common and the price has freefalled.

i've only seen it drop once.
