I've been hunting for me / quick at Eastern Peril A for a while now and can't seem to get it:/. I keep hearing this rumor that getting S rank on the mission will enable the drop...is this true or does rank not matter?

Here's something I was wondering -- is the rate higher on S rank than A? I recently did Rainbow Beast on C and found a Me/Concentrate in a box with 1 luck. >_>
