Or are any of those B rank slots confirmed in shops in the expansion?

About to drop a bit over 4 mil on one.

Why? Mega/Rainbow is infinitely better and vastly cheaper.

The OP is asking about NPC shops, not player shops. He is also asking about other B rank units as well, not just tero / guard. What about tero / legs then..? I would like to know if and when B rank units will be available in the NPC shops as well.

Personally, I say Burn / Resist rules. But that is besides the point. He just wants to know if it is or isn't.

I've seen no data showing them for sale from npcs during the AOI beta.

I heard tero / guard and tero / legs won't be sold in npc stores.
