I have not been able to get on for days and i know others have had the same problem but all you need to do is re-enter your credit card information and it will resume. Hope this helps everyone http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I cancled my account, re-entered my cc infor, then resumed. it worked for me but i called my friend to tell him the good news but he said that it didnt work for him http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif so this is not a 100% fix for everyone http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif damn i thought i had it too...

EDIT- Crap XD not working...maybe the servers got hammered? I was on pending cancel status, and I changed my info, then resumed and gave it a shot, then changed my info again, still nothing to no avail >P

This same problem has happened before in the past XP
They told us to cancel our accounts, wait for the "Pending Cancellation" status to to change into "Cancelled", and then resume our accounts. They said modifing or resuming too soon would just prolong the time until you can get back online. I'm not sure if this will work, I'm just saying what we all had to do before when this happened.

I hope everyone can get back on soon!!

well, i guess the first thing i would do before i resume is change my billing information, then resume...if that didnt do it, id change the billing information again, as mentioned by Shou XP

i tried the above method with a 'cancel pending' status and im still stuck X/ so good luck~

At the official forums, ive read people waiting on pending status to change for more than a week; this problem is not even really given that much attention XP its like they're not going to prioritize on doing anything until its EVERYONES problem XP bah

We had to start a new subscription after it fully cancelled. But I didnt have to change my log in name or anything, I just had to re-enter my billing info and it finally worked. I remember it took quite a few days for the pending status to change too.. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

At the time if you resumed your subscription, even after the pending status finally went to cancelled, it reset all your efforts and you'd have to cancel and wait again. So I suggest doing a new subscription only (not a new account, or you will lose all your character information since the data is saved under the login name you registered).

Again, I'm not sure if this will work for everyone but it was the solution Sega gave us last time this happened (which was around the 13th-15th of May I think). If it doesn't work then use the support forums on the official site, mailing them about the problem and see what they send you back.

I'm still waiting ;_; But this wait has motivated me to learn enough java script to make the timer in my sig, lol. Crappy but oh well. I've also started playing Flyff again in my boredom and am working on my level 20 assist. Forgot how fun it can be being able to resurrect and buff people, lol.

The site works fine. You just have to give them time to do their job.

Every time you try to change something while it still says pending cancellation, you're adding days, or even weeks, to the time you'll have to wait.

GAH it screwed me over too. If anything kills PSU it will be the fact the Sega no longer wants to let us subscribe anymore. I only hope that they will not screw over those of us who still haven't gotten the Frying Pan ticket or those of us who will not be able to get the Sonic statue.

I dont think we can make a new one unless our old one is past pending cancel XP i suppose we could just make a whole new playsega account, but i dont think they really want that, nor do i wanna not have my charrys +_+

If the site was working "fine" you would hit the resume button,your card would be billed and be online in no time. this is not the case, also the sega admin says there addressing this "problem" why would you fix something thats not broken as you state?

it appears that there is still an issue with the resume feature of the billing site. this is something we are aware of and have been working on with our billing processor for a while now to resolve it. hopefully this will be soon, but currently we dont have an ETA for an overall fix.

until then, there is a way to go about helping the support team get your account back up faster. if you receive and error 065 or similar login failure because your account failed to resume payment on the correct day, DO NOT use the 'resume subscription' feature. there are two other options that will resolve the issue quicker:

1. do not make any adjustments to your account. do not make a resume or 'new subscription' purchase attempt. email the billing support team here: http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/support_contact.php and let them know the error you are having so that they can begin the process of renewing your subscription manually.

2. select 'cancel your subscription' and email the billing support team at the following link http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/support_contact.php. the support will then be able to help you set up a new subscription. this route does take a few days as well though


we will continue to work on resolving this issue so in the future people will no longer experience this error, but until then, this is the quickest fix we can get an account with an error 065 back up and running

They're having good old "technical difficulties".

I haven't played in the past week either. I'm not particularly worried about it. Actually, I'm quite surprised they're going out of their way to manually restart some accounts while they fix the billing screw up.

If anything, I'm going to be upset if they don't reimburse us for the lost time. Add a week of firebreaking I say!

Missing my chance for the frying pan ticket and sonic statue is one thing. But I've already committed myself on helping with the purification of Maotoob and Parum! I just wanna play and see how far we can really get both planets to 100%.

Oh snap! I'm finally out of "pending cancel" status and am fully cancelled!
Took 3 business days I suppose. Seemed longer cause of the weekend and me looking through pages of pages on what to really do about the matter.

I started a new subscription, entered my info. Now it's active and the monthly fee has been deducted from my card. Thats a good sign! Hopefully I'll be back online tonight to help purify.

Heh I signed up for the 6 month account this time lol since I don't plan on leaving at all. I had just sent them a very nice e-mail last night saying that anything they could do to help would be greatly appreciated and within a few hours I check and my account was fully cancelled.
