one is enough but i'd say just say it every hour on the half-hour just to make sure you get one.

Just once during any one of the times is fine, but it never hurts to say it more, I know SONIC will appreciate the extra birthday wishes http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

No, PST is "Pacific Standard Time", more commonly referred to as "West Coast Time".

EST is "Eastern Standard Time", more commonly referred to as "East Coast Time".

EST = (PST+3), so add 3 hours to each of those times listed to convert them to EST.

ex. 10AM-1PM PST = 1PM-4PM EST

Nitpickers note!: We are actually observing Daylight Savings Time at the moment, so all times listed are actually PDT, or Pacific Daylight Time. As we are on EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) as well, the conversion stays the same. Daylight time only affects Arizona and some parts of the midwest who do not recognize Daylight Savings Time. (Arizona also does not recognize MLK Jr. Day either, but that's neither here nor there).
