Where to get the googles on online mode?

You can also get some goggles from the mission Operation Firebreak at the Clyez City Guardians HQ. It's a bit faster than the story mission.

Well, you can get goggles from the operation firebreak mission at the guardians HQ at the colony. I don't know where to get googles though.

You can get the Goggles from the first Ep. II story mission. Go to the 5th floor of the Guardians Colony and speak to the lady at the front desk.
