IF so where is all the new info about it? If it hasn't been released there yet we can kiss our chances of seeing it anytime this year in America AoI 2008 like everyone predicted...

It hasn't been released in Japan yet; but it is planned for this year. Same thing with the NA/EU release, which is planned for this fall.

With Sega it's normally 2-3 months for a game not 6+

Ryuki has a "Mecha" version. Think of it as Sentai-style. He morphs into an altered-being. ;]
