i need to know how many materials of each stat i should use to max out my racaseals stats as best as possible.?

RAcaseal? Alright: Screw mind + evasion materials, they suu-uuuck. Average out between Power + Accuracy; the RAcaseals have good enough defense. Of course, this is my preference, you should raise whichever stat you want to, just remember, 150 materials is the limit.

In GC, there is no ATA materials (his profile lists GC and PSU).

Oops, I forgot there aren't accuracy materials; I could've sworn there were.... : Whatever, just change accuracy to defense on my recommendation.
