Does anyone know where to get PSO sound effects, especially the techs? OR does anyone know how to extract them from BB?

use fraps to record a quick movie of the tech being cast, then extract the audio from that and edit it until you get it the way you want.

You can use Virtualdub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) to extract the audio and Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) to edit the audio.
