Does the 12 hour timer start when you first feed your pm after it's feed being reset or after it is full?

Kinda both.

If u feed your pm one item, 12 hours later you can feed it the full 100

If u feed it 100 items 12 hours later ur ready again.

Any time within that 12 hour time span if u feed it anything it still adds +1 to the origional total.

Examples are fun:

Lets say u feed it one item and then at the 11 hour mark you feed it 99 more. If im right u can feed it again.

So your saying if i fed it 1 item then at the 11 hour i feed it 99 then at 12 hour i can feed it 100 again?

it's more like this

feeding your pm gives your pm one fed point. when your PM reaches 100 fed points you cannot feed it again.

after 12 hours of the latest feeding, your PMs fed points are reduced to 0.

so Envy's situation won't work

once your PM hits 100 items then after the 12 from the 100th item is the next feeding
