I'm only using megid techniques, 'cause I'm playing HU mostly, but I'm doing a bit of FO until I can equip the claws I bought, the only buff I was using was Megistar, so I figured I'd just use dark so that all my weapons are purple. ;]

I got booted once because my lvl 15 force used lvl 3 dambarta.
it barely fucking goes off the ground, but one player bitched about it for the longest time until i was booted

Mine's level 5 right now, basic techs level at a decent clip offline, but I started using nosmegid a lot after I realized how useful it was. ;]

Maybe, you don't lose health, I think it just does more damage when your health is full, or maybe when it's low, they're kinda' vague. :/

i remember a weapon attribute in PSOW that depending on it's level took off 1/4 1/2 some other fraction I think. I could check the PSOW database, but I'm not realy into looking much for that info

I like the PSU version of megid, the fact that it does damage with a small chance of instant kill rather than only having a chance at instant kill or nothing makes it much more useful. ;]

That was the first one i played and it was pretty fun, except i still hate that blue bear thing.

that may be true, but it seems like they just mashed the attribute I was talking about and megid together. though they are both "dark" element I think. I think I would have liked PSU more if they had worked more on the combat elements. It's still your typical repeat exact same combo with exact same button (with exception of PA of course.) Sure, some weapons have been changed and there's new ones, but I really would have prefered a more varied combo system.

Almost got megid to level 11, force is kinda' fun, but I dunno' if I'll wanna' do it when I get online, what with people expectin' me to heal and buff them, and people likely gettin' mad at me for usin' only dark techs. ;]
