I was running EP A to see how fast I could do it (8 minute runs http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif ) and I found it on my 3rd run. 25 minutes not bad.

It drops on S, too. I think the chance should be higher, too but I'm not sure. Most people do A because it is faster.

no the chances of it dropping on S are the same as on A. You actually have a better chance of getting it on A rank because you can run it quicker and get more runs in.

But I found my me / quick in a player shop for 1mil back in the day and recently traded it for a hard power charge ;D
