Error in item Database for Delsabers shield

i Picked up the DelSabers left arm last night and i made it into the shield and tried to equip it with my Lvl 52 FoNewmn and was not able to. This item is not equipable by my FONewmn at all and probally not by any other Forces as Forces can't use shields here is a copy of the Database

Usable on the following classes
Force: FOmar FOmarl FOnewm FOnewearl
Hunter: HUmar HUcast HUcaseal HUnewearl
Ranger: RAmar RAmarl RAcast RAcaseal

Also is there an easier way to sumbit these instead of starting new topics for them
