We've gotten 18/20 but can't seem to find the final 2. We don't know where Key #2 is to get #19 and have no clue where #20 is. We know where the first 10 are in the first 2 blocks, and there's 3 in the 3rd, but what about the 4th? anyone help?

Unfortunately, I am currently at work and will not get to try this mission until I get home this evening. But even if I did know, I wouldn't tell you....for your own good. Figuring things out on your own will give you a sense of satisfaction that you can't get from any game guide. If you have semi-decent intelligence, I'm sure you'll get it.

theres 2 walls in block 3/4 you can actually run through. i think the one in block 4 is the door thats closed directly to your left when u enter the block. u have to run through 2 separate walls in that one.

Hmm, my group managed to have 6 by the time we got to the temple section...

We had four people so we got all the samples that were obvious, but we definitely missed a bunch if there are ten in the first two blocks. Are there 4 samples in block 1 and then 6 in block 2? I need to MS paint some maps of these levels or something...

i love the new mission ddo it with friends to have fun instead of just MP and money and you'll have a blast when you come to see that the mission makes no sense at all

A few things I've learned:
-There are 10 samples in Temple and 10 in Islands
-Be sure to check the trees while roaming around Islands. Some of the samples are stored in the berries.
-You need four players to get all 10 in Islands. If you have less than that, you can only get 9.
-In the first block of Temple, the placement of the samples can vary.
-There are three fake doors, one in first block of Temple and two in second block of Temple. The room behind the first fake door may contain a sample. In the second Temple area, there is a hidden room with boxes and another room after that with the key.
-In the room in the second block of Temple with fire and ice Gohmon, don't press the switch. That will prevent you from getting the sample while you head to the Kagajabri room.

Its nice that the mission is a lot more than meets the eye which makes it a fun and enjoyable mission to play for awhile.

Its a good idea to look at the minimap consistantly as it gives clues of hidden areas from time to time incase you miss it on the main screen.

Block 4 is ridiculous, so many "what the fuck" moments trying to figure the switch patterns out, and the enemy spawns.... >_<
