well fire break is over so it's basicly back to normal depending no your level

Heh don't think so everyone is in Ohtoku Guardian branch doing "Her Secret Mission"

If you're lvl 1-54 it practically lakeshore and nuedaiz gurdian branch. If you're lvl 55-75 its Nuedaiz GB, Seabed (as much as it pains me to say it ><), and Shikon Islands. If you're lvl 75-80 its, Nuedaiz CB, Kugu West Desert, and Lakeshore.

And 4th Floor Colony is popular to any lvl.
