How do you get rares from Tekkers?

Tekkers don't give you rares, you give rares to them and they tell you what they are for 100 Meseta

Give them a rare box just like you would a ???? Rifle... Generally it'll say SPECIAL WEAPON. Pay them the same cost to identify it and they'll give it back in it's identified form. Rares must be found and brought to the Tekker to be identified. Tekkers do not give rares away.
