PS2/PC Need a bit of help finding someone

Well my sister plays PSU and have a friend name Aliser it's a Human Female Wartech player number 20018288.
The problem is they started to fight for no reason at all and he block her. I'll be thankful if someone can help us find him. You don't have to look all over the servers. Only if you see him in a game let me know.

How random. Well, this'll be tough. I'll assume both of you had his card? The easiest way would be to already have his card, thus being able to locate him. Beyond that, you can search for his character's shop, and wait in his room until he enters. Of course, you could always get in contact with him to find him.

Really, it's very difficult to find people in this game. Shame there isn't a search feature, or something of that sort...

Well thats one of the problems he didn't gave me his card so I can't track him down. And for the shop well he changed the pass.
