When i renew mah subscription will it give me the option to renew or will i have to go to new subscription?

I dont see an option to do so and i dont wanna accidentally make a new account.

New subscription. If you canceled the recurring payment or your 6 months expired , you make a new subscription.

For the 360 users stumbling upon this thread and wondering: Xbox 360 Guardians Licenses will auto-renew and can only be stopped by phoning Microsoft's Xbox Live support.
