The Adam West Batman probably has Anti-Santa spray on his utility belt. Then there's modern comics Batman who will need prep time to come up with a plan and shitloads of contingency plans...

And then there's The Batman on Kids WB... Santa would whoop this one's ass.

Batman would totally win just cuz he has a better looking car than santa... but then again santa is a world-class ninja and the red suit comes from the blood of young children that want to see santa and he then has to kill them B/C its the code of the ninja..
