PSU-PC/PS2: Buying Cheap Synth. Materials

I have started synthing again after having my heart broken time after time from failing too many attempts. I am tired of searching player shops to, only to find that they are ALL over priced (that is over NPC price) on the synth. materials that I need. I have been buying all of my materials from the NPC, which in effect is taking meseta out of the game. I would rather my hard earned meseta goes into the hands of someone other than an NPC, so I thought I'd post looking for the synth materials that I need. Here is what I am looking for:

Im-Photons - willing to pay 150 meseta (NPC price is 200)
Vulcaline - willing to pay at most 7000 meseta(NPC price is 8000, despite everyone thinking they are worth tens or hundreds of thousands of meseta)
Chicotite - willing to pay at most 2000 meseta (NPC price is 2500)
Par Ebon - willing to pay at most 3000 meseta (NPC price is 4000)

Looking for:
50 Vulcaline (at 7000, it is 350,000 meseta)
99 Chicotite (at 2000, it is 198,000 meseta)
99 Par Ebon (at 3000, it is 297,000 meseta)
99 Im-Photons (at 150, it is 14,850 meseta)

Assuming that I did my math correctly, that would be a gain of 859,850 meseta to a player that has those quantities taking up space in their box. Any takers? Or do I have to keep dumping my meseta into the NPC shops?

Thanks for those who sold me their goods, but I am still in need of more of the above. I may even consider paying the NPC price for the above.

I've got 50 of each basic photon for 50 meseta each in my shop just now if you want them
