It does, my group found one. Also there's pics of someone who found it in the item database here.

That site is also missing the 10* Hyper Viper, Dulk-Senba, and the 12* sword Agito Repca from the drops from JPN. So its not the absolute authority on what's available.

they do drop from desert terror S2 a guy named EnvY got the legs and a shigga desta today (360 version of course)
