When I was 9 I remember an ant went walking into the lighter head when I was about to light a smoke bomb. Once the fire came on the ant was shot out, covered its eyes and died.

I can't really. I used to have an ant farm when I was younger also. I would use the magnifiying glass to watch them wrestle each other. That's how I saw their eyes like that.

I still believe an ant farm is one of the best things to get a child as a gift. After they get settled in and make tunnels you can spend hours watching them.
