i heard that pc players can also chat with mics like 360 players is this true? if so how can u?

If it's anything like how it was done in guildwars, it would be through a seperate application.

Separate app... wish the 360 voice were as good as Ventrilo or Teamspeak, though. Network issues ranging from your NAT to the condition of the intrawebs makes it unreliable many times. I've yet to experience something similar with the PC voice chat apps.

so what kind of headsets will u need to use? i am new to pc online voice chats thats y idk

Any will do, really. Since it's a PC, you can have headphones and a desktop mic, or a headset with mic, or any headphones/mic combo you can connect to the PC. Choose what works for you and is within your price range.
