Ive been able to play once since the sonic birthday weekend. I can get up to picking my character but after that it just loads till it lags out, sometimes I cant get that far. Ive reset my router and modem 3 or 4 times with no success, any suggestions?

Contact sega?
Are you sure it's lag?

Ive read some others have had this problem and tried contacting sega to no avail. As for the lag it just keeps loading until it times out, so not really sure what the issue is?

Some people had to wait it out, That is all i know right now. Happened to my friend.
