Best place to solo for PT

I am a level 42 Newman LVL 5 PT and I am trying to solo some levels in my down time when I am waiting for the people I usualy play with to become avalible. Are there any really good places to get some levels? Even better would be if some good MP were avalible but I suppose I cant have my cake and eat it to ;p. Any help would be great. I know the best way to get XP and MP is to party up with people but sometimes I just like to run around by myself and kill stuff lol http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Your best MP will of course come from Her Secret Mission. You can probably get to PT10 by 60, but you need to have at least 2 people to even play, so...

If you're looking for EXP, Crimson Beast is the place to be.

Thanks I have been soloing Valley of Carnage on B rank on Moatoob but it takes a while lol being level 42 and a Femal Newman PT has its drawbacks but I love a challenge! I was running her secret mission for the MP which 100 is awsome but like you said you need at least 2 people to do it and at least 4 to get the S rank >.<

If your going for solo, try the Neudeiz relics. Good place to level up Dark elemental stuff too.

Here is some real advice.

Solo crimson beast, or Eastern Peril. You will only get an A rank, but the MP is quite worthwhile.

Easterm Peril is the easier of the 2, with the recharge cube in B2, but I think Crimson is pretty easy for a PT as well.

Rising strike, Virus Bow/Fire Bow, Ice Shotgun, earth Axe/Spear, and you are off to the races.

Use a grenade launcher on the dragon, not because you need to, but because it's so fun!

Ever since I got my Axe on my PT, thats pretty much the only melee weapon I use. XD As far as Grenade Launchers, I dont use them unless the situation is critical. Grenades can take alot of PP which can result in heavy investment in Photon Charges or recharges to keep using them constantly.

If you look through the Protranser thread (http://www.pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=129779&forum=22&7) made a while back, you can see how happy I and other Protranser were when we got our Launcher, Laser, and Axe. XD

If you're good at Megid Dodgeball you might look at Lab Recovery as well.

Really the problem isn't what mission you should be doing... as a PT you've got weapons to stylishly deal with anything that comes up... it's what rank of mission you should be looking at. Low job ranks and poor PA levels will have you performing WAY below other characters of equal level.

Tunnel Recovery C is a great mission to solo. 15MP per run and you can ignore everything that's not on the route to the exit in each block. Once you've got a grenade or axe its a great place to level those PA's with all the large creatures to abuse.

yeah, tunnel recovery is really good for a protranser. it's not like valley is all there is to moatoob for a lower level char. desert terror A has really good drops for you, and once you level a bit the whole system defence, desert terror, tunnel recovery path will be a good source of alot of great gear for protranser.

sadly the moatoob firbreak mission was PT heaven. 9* crossbow drops from non buffed vanda's...and hordes of vanda's (and little else in block ).

My new love is Relics A rank the MP are not fantastic but the 5-7k in XP was lol. Plus with this extra luck it is nice to find some good rares. My first time running it solo was today I got rappys I was so excited not so much for the feathers but for the 150 to 220xp they give for realitivly easy fighting. The only thing that was a bummer was the amount of Meseta it costs I am losing it not making it but not losing enough to stop soloing it until I can get some good levels. If I was not so lazy and not to busy with RL I would love to hit 75 in a week lmfao.

I've been running Hive C solo to level Anga Dugrega lately,if I concentrate I can do three or four runs an hour and get 20% on it at lvl 11+. if anyone can suggest a better place to mindless ly lvl PA's,I'm all for it

Valley of Carnage is a great place to go but solo can be difficult. Relics on any rank is a good one too. At least I have found. It really is about what you can do solo what you like to do, and how you feel doing it.

Low-rank Tunnel Recapture (especially after the rebalancing) for grenade/axe skills. There are a RIDICULOUS number of multi-target creatures there for max hits on slam / leap combos. Higher ranks are on the stupidly dangerous side, however, unless Dura Gohra got a TP nerf so getting hit with 6+ fireballs at once isn't fatal or close enough to it.

Mad Creatures S isn't bad either, the go-varha and polties are okay group targets.
