PSU: Coming Back

I reinstalled my copy of PSU and have been considering coming back to play online. I was wondering what is the population like right now, because I started when the game was first released and enjoyed being able to pick up any mission whenever due to the sheer amount of people. I'm kinda worried if i come back that doing pick ups won't be as easy. Also I was curious as to how the economy is and has cheating/duping become a prevaliant force like in pso? Thanks for any answers

from what i can tell unless you have a good amount of friends, you'll be stuck at the recent hotspots for pick up games. The economy is still a little wonky if you ask me (10k for a photon?! 100k for neutral 7* weps?) but that mostly greedy people. The cheating and wot wot has gone down a lot from what i've heard

Nah you missed the cheating apparently. It's been pretty dead for awhile. Some well tell you it;s gone completely. As for the population, it's decent. I'm able to find pick up parties pretty easy though.
