Wuts the shigga destas syth rate?

I've been doing desert terror S2 alot and I've seen a shigga desta board drop and if I some how manage to get one, wuts the rate on a 100 range PM?

I synth one before on a pure range PM. The percent is at 75%.

All S rank guns have a 75% chance on a 100 range PM. And the Kubara versions have a 66% chance.

Anyone know what the kubara version of the Shigga Desta looks like? I'm curious if its looks are worth the less %.

Once I get one I'll probably go with the standard version anyway, I'd just like to see what I'm missing out on.
