I agree with Rena that the Nuedaiz party mission has rediculous mp for an easy mission.
The exp though, probably Crimson Beast or Desert Terror A-S2!

Agata relics, Labs S or Crimson Beast. Easiest thing to do is hit the neudaiz mission, join a party and after a few runs try to convince them to head somewhere else for exp. Her Secret Mission is really good for mp and rewards, but it does get monotonous, the parties I've done that with are always happy to be able to take a break from the grind and hit other missions for drops or exp.
