I really hate to break it to you, but that isn't enough for a blackbull D:
For a blackbull/ank dedda, you would probably need at least 3 A rank units or 3 relatively good percent S ranks D:

I don't particularly care about either dedda or blackbull.
Poison resist is interesting, though.

My name is the same on PSU, as well.

I think you should just hunt one, or wait until more missions are released before trying to get one.
